Modern, high floor 2 bedroom with a den and amazing ocean views! Very spacious layout with 1623 interior sq/ft plus outdoor space. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room, master bedroom, & second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Washer/dryer is also in the unit. Master bedroom features a king bed, 2nd bedroom a queen bed, and the den has a pullout queen sofa bed. All TVs are smart TVs.
The Space
The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
Guest Access
Parking is valet only for this unit. I can help you locate a self parking space at an additional cost. Inquiry for more details on self parking spaces. Some units I manage do have them included in the rate. La Perla is a full service building with valet parking, fitness center, heated pool, club room, and management on site. The building offers beach service which includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
Everything you need is within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.
We are available if anything arises otherwise you are free to use the property at your leisure undisturbed.
Other things to note
APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
GUEST ID’S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE: Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID’s. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla’s office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services.
TOWEL CARDS: There are a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit and 1 bedroom units only have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all of them in the unit when you depart or we will need to charge for each car missing. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
