Check-In Procedures

What You Need to Know:

  • Background Checks: Some buildings require background checks. A background check with Tenant Evaluation will require either your social security number or passport number. For these buildings, ALL GUESTS 18 YEARS AND OLDER STAYING IN THE UNIT MUST COMPLETE THIS PROCESS.

  • Guest Access: Some buildings require guests to provide information to have access to the elevator, pool, gym, & beach services including chairs, towels, & umbrellas.

  • Parking: Some buildings offer valet parking included and tips are at your discretion.

  • Leases: Tenants may be required to sign a standard Florida lease agreement for your booking.

  • Pets: Pets, including service animals, are permitted on a per-building basis. Some buildings do not include any pets, including service animals.

  • Supplies: We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guests will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.

  • Check-In/Out Times: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM EST and check-out time is typically 11:00 AM EST. Some times may vary per-building.
