Absolutely spectacular ocean views from this 36th floor residence. Great location and very walkable. Spacious 2 bedroom with a den featuring 1637 sq/ft interior plus plenty of outdoor space. The living room, master bedroom, & 2nd bedroom each have a private balcony. Master bedroom features a king bed, cable TV, walk in closet, and on-suite full bathroom. Second bedroom features a queen bed, cable TV, walk in closet, and on-suite full bathroom. Kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs.

The Space
The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: self parking space included, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
Guest Access
La Perla offers a gym, heated pool, business center, & game room. Rate includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, beach service which includes chairs, towels, and umbrellas. La Perla is located directly in front of a public fishing pier that features a restaurant. You can order food and drinks to the beach. Fishing poles are available for rent as well. Jet ski rentals are very close along the beach as well.
Neighborhood
Everything you need is within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.

Other things to note

APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.

VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.

GUEST ID’S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE: Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID’s. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla’s office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services.

TOWEL CARDS: There are a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit and 1 bedroom units only have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all of them in the unit when you depart or we will need to charge for each car missing. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
