GUEST ACCESS

La Perla offers a gym, heated pool, business center, & game room. Rate includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, beach service which includes chairs, towels, and umbrellas.

La Perla is located directly in front of a public fishing pier that features a restaurant. You can order food and drinks to the beach. Fishing poles are available for rent as well. Jet ski rentals are very close along the beach as well.

APPLICATION FEES
All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
VALET PARKING
Guests will have access to a valet parking space with a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This fee is paid during the Tenant Evaluation process through a payment processing company called ZINC. Only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a valet space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
MOBILE ID ACCESS
Guests will pre-register with La Perla during the Tenant Evaluation process and pay a one time fee of $25/adult through a payment processing company called ZINC. You will then be given access to the building by downloading and using the STID Mobile App. This application will provide you access in and out of  the building, access to elevators, pool access, and also beach services.
SUPPLIES
We are not a hotel. We provide our guests with a basic setup to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes a new sponge, dish soap, washer pod, dishwasher pod, and small starter soaps and shampoo for each bathroom. We provide 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and the kitchen will have 1 paper towel roll. Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these items for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
