Everything you need is within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away. Interaction We are available if anything arises otherwise you are free to use the property at your leisure undisturbed.

APPLICATION FEES

All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.

SUPPLIES

We are not a hotel. We provide our guests with a basic setup to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes a new sponge, dish soap, washer pod, dishwasher pod, and small starter soaps and shampoo for each bathroom. We provide 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and the kitchen will have 1 paper towel roll. Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these items for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
