THE SPACE

Self parking space on the 5th floor, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Everything you need is within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.
APPLICATION FEES
All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
SELF PARKING SPACE
Skip valet with this unit! Guests will have access to a self parking space. The one time fee is $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This fee is paid by you during the Tenant Evaluation process through a payment processing company called ZINC. Only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
MOBILE ID ACCESS
Guests will pre-register with La Perla during the Tenant Evaluation process and pay a one time fee of $25/adult through a payment processing company called ZINC. You will then be given access to the building by downloading and using the STID Mobile App. This application will provide you access in and out of the building, access to elevators, pool access, and also beach services.
SUPPLIES
We are not a hotel. We provide our guests with a basic setup to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes a new sponge, dish soap, washer pod, dishwasher pod, and small starter soaps and shampoo for each bathroom. We provide 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and the kitchen will have 1 paper towel roll. Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these items for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
