Modern 2 bed with a den ocean front condo located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. A spacious layout with a split floor plan and 1623 sq/ft. Ocean views from almost every room in this apartment! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and features granite countertops. All pots, pans, utensils, cookware, & glasses are available for your stay. There is marble flooring throughout all living areas and bedrooms. Rates include Wi-Fi internet in the apartment & cable.

THE SPACE

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony and ocean views. The master bathroom features a large walk in shower and also a tub. Bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed with a private balcony and ocean views. The second bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom and features a tub/shower combo.

Washer/dryer in the apartment for all your washing needs.

Linens and towels are provided. However, we do not provide soap, shampoo, or laundry/dishwasher detergent.

The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Everything you need is within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.

APPLICATION FEES

All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.

VALET PARKING

Guests will have access to a valet parking space with a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This fee is paid during the Tenant Evaluation process through a payment processing company called ZINC. Only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a valet space or buy parking passes from the building directly.

MOBILE ID ACCESS

Guests will pre-register with La Perla during the Tenant Evaluation process and pay a one time fee of $25/adult through a payment processing company called ZINC. You will then be given access to the building by downloading and using the STID Mobile App. This application will provide you access in and out of the building, access to elevators, pool access, and also beach services.

SUPPLIES

We are not a hotel. We provide our guests with a basic setup to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes a new sponge, dish soap, washer pod, dishwasher pod, and small starter soaps and shampoo for each bathroom. We provide 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and the kitchen will have 1 paper towel roll. Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these items for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
