Sian 7J – Ocean Views with Great Location

Just steps to the beach with spectacular sunrise ocean views. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split floor residence located on the 7th floor. Master bedroom features a king bed and on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom features 2 queen beds and on-suite bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Southern exposure with tons of natural light. Cable & internet included.

BUILDING RULES

Valet parking fees: $10/day or $150/month. Parking is paid to The Sian directly.

Package fees: $5/package is paid to The Sian directly for each package received during your stay.

Guest wristbands: $30 for 3 adults and $40 for 4+ adults. If only 1 adult the price is still $30. These fees are paid to the Sian front desk at check in.

There is a laundry room located on the same floor as the unit near the elevator. In order to use the machines you must use a a laundry card that will be in the unit at arrival. To load money onto the card go to the lobby and to the left of the elevators there’s a machine where you can put cash onto the card. No change is given so the amount put in the machine is what’s loaded onto the card. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.

SUPPLIES

We are not a hotel. We provide our guests with a basic setup to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes a new sponge, dish soap, washer pod, dishwasher pod, and small starter soaps and shampoo for each bathroom. We provide 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and the kitchen will have 1 paper towel roll. Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these items for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
