Very open living room on each side with a total of 2948 interior sq/ft with both sides combined. The kitchens are fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Porcelain tile flooring throughout and blackout blinds in all bedrooms. Sleeps a total of 12 comfortably and tons of room to entertain and enjoy the Florida sun.
The Space
Cable TV in all bedrooms and WiFi is included too. Secluded patio with an outdoor gas grill. Washer dryer in the unit. Both sides are identical layouts with slightly different finishes.
Neighborhood
Walking distance to Dania Beach Casino. Closest grocery store nearby is Publix or Walmart.
Other Things to Note
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
