TIMELINE TO SUBMIT
• Guests must submit application within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

REGISTER
• Input your first name, last name, and email address.
• Tenant Evaluation will email you. Click the link to confirm your email address.
• Login and watch a short instructional video. Press continue after the video finishes.

ACCESS CODE

• Click “Apply to Lease a Property”
• Click “YES” for less than 6 month lease.
• Confirm the number of occupants / guests applying.
• Read terms of use and click “Agree & Continue”

MARRIED COUPLES
• Make sure that husband and wife apply on the same application. If you apply separately you will pay $100 each instead of $100/married couple.

REFERENCES / EMPLOYMENT / INCOME
• Enter friends & family for references.
• Employment – input basic information and don’t feel obligated to disclose exact income or personal information.
• Solely this service is used to run a background check. They will not contact anyone you list as references or personally verify information from this section.

PAYMENT
• Select the standard processing fee ($100/adult/married couple).
• Typical processing time is 5-7 days from when all documents are uploaded.
• EXPEDITE FEES – $75/application – ASK IF NECESSARY BEFORE PAYING.

UPLOAD ALL DOCUMENTS IMMEDIATELY
• After making the payment please make sure to upload ALL requested documents.
HEADSHOT PHOTO – Take a selfie or image of just your shoulders up and upload.
BOOKING RESERVATION – Upload the invoice we emailed you.
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE – A copy must be provided for the processing fee to remain $100/married couple. Can’t find it? Customer support will need to charge you an additional fee of $100 for the additional applicant. Unfortunately without a copy you must pay the additional fee since this is Tenant Evaluation’s guidelines. 
• Application status will say “pending review” once you have uploaded everything.
• Automated messages will be sent out from the system each morning requesting any missing or additional documents. Please upload as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
• When your application says “CLOSED” it has a then been released to La Perla’s management office.

APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO ARRIVAL DATES & OFFICE WORKFLOW

RETURNING GUEST TO LA PERLA WITHIN LAST 2 YEARS?
• Guests who have stayed at La Perla within the last 2 years and have completed the application process DO NOT need to apply for application approval again.
• Returning Guest Form – $100 and covers all guests who stayed last time and completed the tenant evaluation process already.
• Anyone who didn’t complete tenant evaluation before must do apply with a new application in order for the booking to be approved by the office.

Be sure to upload all requested documents to www.tenantev.com

La Perla will register you in the system and send you an “APPROVED” email when everything has been completed.
