Additional applicants will reside in the unit? Click “YES” and add additional guest names for anyone over the age of 18.
Select type of applicant and make sure to select tenant NOT guest.

The top option “with existing tenant/resident” is ONLY used when a tenant is adding themselves to an existing reservation/application already in process.
Add ALL tenants to the application the first time to save processing time and ensure approval is issued on time.
Marriage certificate will be required to save $100 for a married couple when applying.
Read the terms of service and click “Agree & Continue”
Enter EVERY tenants information correctly. Include any adult over 18 years old and click “Continue”
Enter the correct unit number and rental rates – reference page 1 of lease agreement.

Short Term Rental License (we will provide)
Copy of Airbnb Reservation (if applicable)
Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
When application is “CLOSED” the results are sent to Trump Towers.
Trump Towers will register you in their system and send you the “APPROVED” email.
