ARE YOU RETURNING GUEST TO LA PERLA WITHIN LAST 2 YEARS?

  • Guests who have registered and stayed at La Perla within the last 2 years and have completed the application process DO NOT need to apply with Tenant Evaluation.
  • We will confirm with La Perla that your returning guest form is still valid and submit to them. 
  • Returning Guest Form Fee – $100 – Covers all guests who completed tenant evaluation in the past.
  • Anyone guest who didn’t complete tenant evaluation must apply with a new application. The booking will not approved by the office until everyone has applied.

*THE DATE YOUR APPLICATION WAS RELEASED TO LA PERLA IS WHEN THE 2 YEAR PERIOD STARTS, NOT YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.*
