PAYMENT

- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE – In the event your last names are different, they may request a marriage certificate.
- Can’t marriage certificate? Customer support will charge you an additional fee of $100 for the two applicants if necessary.
NEXT STEPS
- Application status will say “pending review” once you have uploaded everything.
- Automated messages will be sent out from the system each morning requesting any missing or additional documents. Please upload as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
- When your application says “CLOSED” it has a then been released to La Perla’s management office.
